Fayetteville’s Grace Evangelical Church will host the premiere of the third installment in the Left Behind film series, “Left Behind: World at War,” this Friday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 p.m.

Inman UMC plans Arts & Crafts Day this Saturday

Members of Inman United Methodist Church will have an Arts and Crafts Day this Saturday, Oct. 22, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. All types of crafts will be for sale as well as cakes, cookies and pies. The Inman Cookbook also will be available for sale.

Enjoy free gospel singings at Grantville Friday and Saturday

This month’s gospel singings at Grantville in Coweta County are scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 21 and 22, beginning at 7 p.m. at the old Grantville Freight Depot. There is no charge for admission.

Transformation series classes now being conducted at CTK

Edwina Bond Cowgill of Peachtree City currently is conducting a “Transformation “Series” class at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg. Cowgill is a commissioned minister of congregational care in the International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church (ICCEC).

Holy Trinity hosting dinners for Katrina victims

Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church will host Wednesday night dinners for families affected by Katrina from 5:30 until 7 p.m. Dinners are planned for Oct. 19 and 26. Those planning to attend are requested to call the church office, 770-487-7672, to let them know how many guests are coming. Holy Trinity is at 101 Walt Banks Rd., Peachtree City.

Fall festivals

Southside Baptist

Southside Baptist Church will have a Fall Festival and cookout for the entire community Saturday, Oct. 22, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m, rain or shine. Free hot dogs, chili, slaw, chips, drinks, desserts and other foods will be available for adults and children. Other activities and features will include a hay ride, games for adults and children, and gift candy bags for the children. The church is at 1332 Ga. Hwy. 92 south, about a mile and a half south of the Fayetteville city limits.
