Classic Tour of Homes set for October
Pathway Communities has announced its 16th Annual Classic Tour of Homes, to be held Oct. 14-15 and 21-22 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

CAI courses gain recognition from Georgia Real Estate Commission

The Georgia Real Estate Commission recently agreed to approve and recognize all of the Community Associations Institute's Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) courses for both pre-license education and continuing education credits in the state of Georgia.
