Wednesday, October 11, 2000 ERA Jo-Par sales associates enrolled in Training Academy
Carnetha Bufford, Angie Gaydosik and Jan Lopez, sales associates with ERA Jo-Par Realty, have been accepted as candidates and are currently attending the Training Academy, one of the most advanced training programs in the nation, designed to help them better serve customers with their real estate needs. The Training Academy meets one day per week for eight weeks and focuses on understanding the special needs of homeowners, shortening the average time it takes to sell a home, and new marketing ideas designed to help each property obtain the best possible price. To graduate from the Academy, participating sales associates must complete seven missions, demonstrate their ability to use the new techniques, and exceed minimum standards. Participants who demonstrate superior skill and knowledge earn their wings and become members of the ERA Top Team, representing excellence in utilizing marketing programs and services that meet the customers' needs in today's demanding market.
