Wednesday, October 11, 2000 Jones to build at The Glen Tim Jones Communities will build 65 homes in The Glen at Eagle's Landing, located off Peach Road less than five minutes from the Jodeco Road exit of I-75. Alyssa Papson, the Tim Jones Realty builder representative in the neighborhood, said the homes in this community are priced from the $130,000s to $180,000 and are a "great value" for homes containing from 1,800 to 2,300 sq. ft. The builder is offering three ranch plans and three two-story designs, and the homes have either three or four bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Some basements lots are available. The exteriors are of brick, stone or stucco on the front with low maintenance siding on the sides and back. The front and side yards are sodded.
