Frank and Karen Bennett are the husband-and-wife mortgage banker team at Griffin Financial Services in Fayetteville. Frank Bennett serves as vice president at Griffin Financial Services and has personally handled many home loans, in addition to supervising a staff of mortgage bankers, processors, underwriters and other member of the support team. During his 14 years in the mortgage business, more than two-thirds of that time with GFS, he has worked with many local builders. Karen Bennett has been active in the real estate market for the past five years, working as an agent for two Fayette-based realty firms. She has represented several local builders and has served as the marketing agent in two residential communities in Fayette County. Frank Bennett, a former college wrestler, has enjoyed working as a coach for his sons' teams.
