The Georgia Regional Transportation Authority is asking a Fulton County judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Peachtree City challenging GRTA’s requirement for a four-lane bridge across Line Creek for the TDK extension into unincorporated Coweta County.

Progressive Dinner tickets on sale

The Senoia Area Historical Society is hosting its annual Progressive Dinner May 18-19. Guests will be served a five-course dinner, with each course served in one of the town’s historic homes. But this year, residents will also get to tour the city’s claim to Hollywood fame, RiverWood Movie Studios. Check-in begins at the studio at 6;30 p.m. The studio is located at 600 Chestlehurst Road.

The cause of the fire is not yet known but it is being investigated by the Fayette County Fire Marshal, according to Lt. Scott Roberts of the Fayette County Department of Public Safety.

Katrina Frost scored two goals fo the Lady Panthers, while Brittany Schwanitz added one.
