Christ Our Hope resumes Bible study

SAGE heads for aquarium next month

The SAGE (senior adults) group at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will visit the new Georgia Aquarium Tuesday, March 21, leaving the church at 9 a.m. and returning by 3 p.m. Those attending will be responsible for buying their own lunch. National Heights to host concert March 19

The senior choir of the Fairburn Baptist Association will perform in concert at National Heights Baptist Church Sunday, March 19, at 5 p.m. Several members of National Heights are also members of the choir. PTC UMC to offer Lenten lunches

The Peachtree City United Methodist Church will offer Lenten lunches March 6 through April 10, featuring lunch, a message from a local guest pastor, and fellowship, from noon until 1 p.m., at the Windgate campus of the church. Those who wish to fellowship later than 1 p.m. are welcome to remain. The cost is $5 which will cover the cost of the meal. Foster parenting presentation offered

The marshal is a paid position. The U. S. Senate pays a chaplain, in part, to open each session with a prayer. He is paid $140,300 a year. The U. S.
