My husband and I visited a community today called Serenbe. It's about 30 minutes from PTC in the heart of Chattahoochee Hills.

Someone had mentioned that the one in Fayette closed. I was on 74 today, and it looked like there PTC location shut it's doors.

I was walking my dog on the golf cart paths yesterday, and had a problem with teenagers on the path. I was in a tunnel, and they came flying down a curve into the tunnel and nearly hit me. When I told them to slow down, I was called the B word.

Just went by the old Fudruckers and the for lease signs are gone. I here that Starbucks is coming in.

I live in a complex that uses a company outside of GA to bill us for these services. I am hoping that some of the private home owners in PTC will tell me what they are paying for these services.

Can anyone tell me of a good Steak House in PTC beside the usual Long Horn, Outback and Ted's? I have company in from Germany, and they always want Amercian steak. We went to Smokey Bones last night for BBQ (of course they had steak, not bad they said). Tonight we went to $3 Cafe, and they had the one steak on the menu and they said tasted like German steak (flat & burnt).They are in Alabama till Wed. and then they come back here for a couple of days.

Does anyone know the story behind the house that is being "remodeled" on the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Stevens Entry? It has been going on for 2 years.
