May or may not be Starbucks, but either way, that side of 54 is not inside PTC City Limits. The Publix complex is in the unicorporated county. Annexation may be looked at later, but for now this has nothing to do with PTC.

Personally; I'm addicted to starbucks, I would like to have one I could stop at on the way to my regular SBs. I mean, I have to travel a whole two miles 'fore I get to my 'bucks in the morning. Am I supposed to suffer this way? (Triple venti vanilla cappuccino, three raw sugars please, with cinamon sprinkled on the top(sounds kinda gay when I read it)
