At last week's retreat, the City Council discussed the possibility of
how these new developments would be located.

Superintendent Peggy Connell has announced that Mark Ballou will become
the new Coordinator of Business and Community Relations at the Central
Educational Center, effective July 1. Ballou will take on the position
as CEC administrator Andy Peryam retires at the end of this year.
