The
Peachtree City Council has agreed to allow Summit Apartments to open
two more of its buildings off MacDuff Parkway despite the mounting traffic
problems caused by delays in relocating a traffic signal at MacDuff
and Ga. Highway 54 West.
Clarification
The headline to
an article in Wednesday's edition of The Citizen about traffic projects
near Ga. Highways 54 and 74 incorrectly implied that the Peachtree City
Council officially approved the construction of an eastbound turn lane
for Hwy. 54 at Huddleston Road.
