There is a sign in the window of the former Original Pancake House in PTC that reads "IHOP Coming Soon." Good! Their prices should be much more reasonable than the OPH, plus open more hours.

We ate lunch at the new Up-Scale Pizza in Fayetteville yesterday. I predict this will be a very successful restaurant. Courteous and friendly personnel, good menu and fair prices.
