Center recently held a fishing rodeo. Young anglers from around the
area gathered to cast for catfish at the annual event. The pond and
the pond's fishing dock are handicapped accessible, making it an ideal
event for children who might not ordinarily get a chance to go fishing.

Saturday, sewing up its first ever Peach Belt Conference regular season
championship with a 2-0 win over the University of North Carolina-Pembroke.
