Two of our three girls were in the Fayette County High School band back in the 1970s. It was probably the best part of their high school years.
Pet owners bring their canine companions for a day at the park

It will be a dog day afternoon at McCurry Park in Fayetteville this Saturday as dog lovers and their canine companions will flood the area for the fourth annual Bark in the Park celebration. Bark in the Park features a pledge walk and pet parade.
