Professor Pausch has passed away

Randy Pausch, a Carnegie Mellon University computer scientist whose "last lecture" about facing terminal cancer became an Internet sensation and a best-selling book, has died. He was 47.

If you haven't seen "The Last Lecture", I highly recommend taking an hour out of your life to watch this very moving speech.

Thanks for this link. I see that CNN has it up as a featured headline.

I've watched a part of it, but keep getting pulled off to projects. I hope to finish. You cannot help but be impressed with this guy's ability to look his fate fully in the face and still come up with something that is helpful for other people.
