I have heard many good things about this guy. I like the fact that he has a concrete plan on how to spend the drug money confiscated. I hear we may be getting drug dogs to help fight crime.

I like any candidate who can spell out how they want to spend money confiscated from criminals.

I also like Mindar's idea of getting a few of those HERO trucks here. We are still mostly a rural county. When we do break down on the road, it can be lonely and dangerous at night.

That said I had a jerk with "vote Babb" on the side of his truck blow the horn as he zoomed past me yesterday. It ticked me off. I couldnt accelerate quickly because I was on the way home from the hospital with my newborn baby and very sore wife. It ticked me off!
And for the record , I'm still voting Babb , and hope you do too.
I know it wasnt Barry driving the truck because A. I know what he drives, and B. I know he is not a jerk.

Come on now. Let's do some research on the candidates and make an intelligent vote, and not waste time getting angry about nothing. You can't expect all of Mr. Babb's supporters to drive the speed limit at all times. It has been refreshing for me to see so many people in Fayetteville getting politically active this season; I think I can handle them going a little fast...it just makes the signs a little harder to read.

I don't choose my candidate by the way OTHER people drive. Just because they have a Babb sign on their vehicle does not mean that Babb himself condones their driving. That's like saying I'm not going to buy any Ford products because someone driving a Ford was speeding.
