I thought he was drunk

Coming back from church this morning, I was behind a late model Buick La Crosse on Highway 74. It was weaving erratically from side to side, wandering over into the emergency lane and then overcorrecting into the leftmost lane.

I thought the guy behind the wheel must've been drunk. I was seriously pondering whether to call 911.

I gunned the snifflemobile around the guy, and as I passed him, I saw that the driver was a guy who was maybe 19 or 20 years old...

...and he was texting on his cell phone while driving. Shocked

Unbelievable!

Since we can mark someone's license to require glasses- how about a code on the license to require Bluetooth?
