City to FOH: Don’t spend money yet

Last week, the Peachtree City Council approved 3-2 the transfer of $13,500 from the recreation department’s fence maintenance budget to pay for the fencing and sodding of a regular T-ball field being built next to the Field of Hope.

Lacrosse team explodes in home opener

The Peachtree City high school lacrosse team exploded with an offensive showcase in its home opener, dominating Oconee 15-1. The team scored three goals in the first five minutes of play and never looked back, positioning themselves as a favorite in The North Georgia Lacrosse League. Although named with the PTC moniker, the team represents many of the high schools in Fayette County.

But a friend lasts forever.” First one lady, then another, expressed an opinion and, finally, my wife said, “But what if your husband IS your best friend?”
