offer several Memorial Day events this Monday, starting at 7 a.m. with
the golf cart procession from The Gathering Place to City Hall Plaza.

The Development
Authority of Peachtree City will begin making principal payments on
a $200,000 loan taken out to buy restaurant equipment for the Ashland
Grille.

area continued to get hit with rain Wednesday night and into Thursday
afternoon, and a lighting strike damaged a Peachtree City residence
during a thunderstorm early Thursday afternoon.

City man who has posed as a woman while writing over $11,000 in fake
checks to stores in the city.

got acceptance Monday night for a preliminary plat for his subdivision,
but not before the Senoia City Council questioned the lengthy process.

delay: Who pays for added engineering costs?
Plans
for the extension of TDK Boulevard across Line Creek and into Coweta
County are "90 percent complete" but have sat unfinished since
late March because of a disagreement between Fayette County and Peachtree
City over who should pay for engineering cost overruns.
