FCHS Select Chorus has been putting it together for 25 years


There are a lot of steps involved in putting on a variety show. First there is the conception and development of the show, followed by research and workshopping of ideas, the gathering of costumes, the design of the set, the rehearsals and more.

McIntosh graduate works on 'Ice Age'

Ever since David Torres saw the Disney film "Aladdin," he has wanted to be an animator. Torres, a 1995 graduate of McIntosh High School, got his chance and is making the most of it. He was one of the computer animators on the recently released film "Ice Age."

Margaret Mitchell author to sign book

The author of "Margaret Mitchell and John Marsh, The Love Story Behind Gone With The Wind," Marianne Walker, will be at the Fayette County Public Library this Saturday, March 23, at 1 p.m.
