The first week of
the high school baseball season is complete and teams are gearing up
for the annual Fayette Classic baseball tournament.

soccer teams prepapre for big week
McIntosh traveled
to Newnan High School last Friday night and both the boys and the girls
won. The girls, ranked first in the state and nation, defeated the Lady
Cougars 9-0, while the boys defeated Newnan 9-1.

The
tradition of Fayette wrestlers shining in state competition continued
recently, as The Fayette Youth Wrestling Club placed second in the state
tournament the group's highest finish ever.

in Helen, Ga. will offer Family Fun Fishing Day Saturday, March 17.
