Industrial boom predicted for South Fulton

The South Fulton industrial base is getting ready to grow by leaps and bounds.

Fairburn officials gave a thumbs up to a new development on Rivertown Road that will bring more than 70 new families to the town.

Lazers win tourney title in Tucker

The '89 Lazer White Select Team from Peachtree City finished its fall season with a championship at the Tucker Select Soccer Tournament. Competing in the top division for the U-12 age group, they defeated the AYSA Express, Rockdale Blue, a team from Shelby, N.C. to advance to the finals. In the championship game, the Lazers defeated the Eagles from Charlotte, N.C.
