Tinsley Mill Village

Dear muddle,

I have let the ‘Old Maids’ on this blog have their say. I like that they (as usual) know more than the people involved. They have the time to comment on the most mundane points and I truly wish their wives would find out about their free time and give them a ‘honey-do list.’ This is once again a point where they have half or less correct. They are truly LIMP. I must be a fool to have lived here for 7 years and thankfully these LIMP ones can point out all that I don’t know. Is the community without problems? NO. We are one of the oldest subdivisions in PTC. We were on the cover of the phone book for years as the identity of PTC.

ArmyMAJretired is to be commended for his scholarship, since I believe he has only lived here for a few years. In keeping with my philosophy that numbers do not lie but liars can figure, he has 3,650 days out of which 6 events occurred ( 6 x 2) I come up w/ a percentage of .0033. So, less than 10% of the homeowners have a problem .0033 of the time. Guess what? Today was another beautiful day at TMV. Glad you ‘Old Maids’ aren’t here.

Muddle you seem to be a man, “That if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.” I doubt the “Old Maids” can say the same. We have an active board that actually went out and got the FEMA grant and I am sure that we will find at least a partial solution to the problem that is not of our making. Think Kedron. Upstream. Aberdeen.

Much as some of the “myths” about Wynnmeade have a life of their own, please feel free to contact me about Tinsley Mill Village. bladderq@aol.com.

As an aside, TMV has been here since 1973, Jim Williams and everyone else in the PTC gov’t. were young bucks somewhere else. When this community was built I imagine the building dept was One guy in a pick-up out of Fayetteville. I have lived in Senoia my entire life and I think at least 4 of you should go out and buy one.

The HOA board got the grant?

PTC and Integrated had nothing to do with it? They did not negotiate mutual agreements and then presented a plan to Tinsley?

There are not issues your HOA does not have to pay for out of pocket?

Really?

Those who have had no interaction in these issues may believe that. I know better.

Don't put your HOA board in a bad light on this issue. Everything I saw said they were working in cooperation.

And blame Kedron and Aberdeen? Tinsley has been flooding for the entire 20 years I have been here. And those who were here longer said, when I moved in 20 years ago, it had already been flooding for years.

Only one inspector? Well, my info was it was approved for poltical/developer reasons.

Really, Flood Plain Laws existed in 73. All developers were well aware of these laws. As were the politicians.

Get Tinsley fixed, if you can. But don't pretend the issues are not there. The water marks on the sides of Units deny you.

I will step outside the bounds of decorum. You ma'am are an IDIOT. I have been very involved in this and don't recall ever seeing you there at any meeting. I am not going to debate this further with you in this forum. I think you have been discredited time and again by your previous post concerning everything from your god to the whatever. I think someone else told you to, "Git a Life."

Well, that is nothing new for you. Stepping outside, I mean.

When I was talking to the engineers and such, in some recent times past, I don't recall seeing you there.

In fact, no one from Tinsley was there more than once.

Of course I would not be at a strictly Tinsley meeting. But are you so arrogant you think Tinsley is in control of this issue exclusively?

Yep, when you cannot address the facts call people idiots.

You fail to get the history of the flooding in Tinsley correct. So how could one expect you to get the rest right?

Later, enjoy your temper tantrum on your own. Eye-wink
