Can someone tell me what the fish was for?

Did you all receive the "advertisement" or maybe it was an "infomercial" in your mailboxes last weekend that was in the shape of a fish with hook in the mouth?
Rather cute I must say, was it an education piece on Stormwater? So see PTCGuy they are spending the stormwater money on cute little art work! Not sure how it got in my mailbox as it had no postage. Just wondering if you all saw it and if it was my stormwater dollars at work? Oh yes, I did pay my bill, reluctantly but I did pay it. (my better half made me)

Nope. We didn't get any such thing in our box here.

If there was no postage then it was not put there by the USPS.

Your better half is the smarter half on the paying issue.

BUT, as I said last year, keep an eye out for Good Ole Boy type shenanigans trying to divert Utility money to where it should not be.

Something smells fishy about about Stormwater handling right now. Which would not be a problem with the Utility, but the people handling it.

If it had not been done as a Utility that money would have been diverted already and silently, I believe.
