Planterra Sales?

PTC Guy's picture

I was told today that a lot of homes are for sale. Is that true?

That sure isn't going to encouraging buying or help home values, if it is true.

Probably a few FSBO's(For Sale by Owner). Traditionally only 5% or less or these actually sell FSBO. There are around 28 sales showing in about the past year. Nothing out of the ordinary really for Planterra this time of the year.

All data from GAMLS as of 2:30 5/5/06. I know most any Real Estate Company in this area is in GAMLS. Some are FMLS and GAMLS, but rarely are they only in FMLS.

Which realtor alone has 14? Most of the realtor sites identify all the houses available, not just the ones they're selling. If you compare a few realtor's sites, you'll find the same houses showing up. So my guess is the 14 you found are pretty much all that's for sale--at least for sale by an agent (for sale by owners may not be included in that). If there are any realtors out there who can give a definitive answer, please chime in!

I did not keep the URL.

They were indicated as a single agents listing on a site.

I do not believe they would list homes that are for sale by owner.

But it is a great excuse if the police catch you cutting through Planterra. tell them you are a bottom-feeding real esate investor looking at bargains in a depressed area with even more depressing leadership.

Get over it people. Everyone in PTC has the right to use your (actually our) streets whenever we want. No thru traffic? Try to prosecute someone for that and see what happens.

Practice please and repeat after me "Public Streets, Public Streets. Public Streets"

My check of mls shows around 15 for sale in planterra (depends on whose site you use-gamls.com or one of the realtors). Don't know if you consider that "a lot," but it's a lot less than 45. BTW, there are around 35 for sale in Centennial.

...19 of the 35 homes in Centennial for sale are new construction. Most of the remaining 16 homes for sale are listed multiple times due to glitches in the MLS. Good luck finding nicer new construction in PTC. These will be gone by summer. Sticking out tongue

In a quick search one realtor alone has 14 listed. Another 2 are for sale by owner. Another had 4.

So there are a lot, for sure.

They are not all on the cut thru road, either.

Are they all on the cut-through road? If so, about 45 out of how man on that road?
