Once Again

Once again, it is the DUTY of Ms. Watts and Mr. Hobbs to report these complaints to the ethics board. Not to have done so would have brought about these same outcrys of favoritism, just from another candidate(s). It is serving with honor when you do your duty even if it isn't the popular thing to do.

The only ethics violation appears to be that of the board...
A bit of research on your part would serve you well...as well as the board.
