Once again, it is the DUTY of Ms. Watts and Mr. Hobbs to report these complaints to the ethics board. Not to have done so would have brought about these same outcrys of favoritism, just from another candidate(s).

The point is not who made the complaint or when it was made, but the fact that it was made and needed to be investigated.
