Could you expand your explanation of how you feel about this and what you think needs to be done?

Are they poor people? Due to Father in Jail? Does ignorance play any part?

Should the government have helped the Mother more? Maybe take the kid away from that family?

She seemed to have beer. Or is that a necessary staple as is wine for many families?

Just delving!

I think this little boy needs a big hearted man to voluteer and just take him under his wing.
