You know if I wasn't such a good Girl Scout leader I would have yelled exactly what I was thinking about your sorry, piece of crap, loser, butt. When I spend my morning volunteering my time (along with a bunch of others) to pick up garbage along YOUR nasty path and you "don't have time" to haul a huge, heavy truck battery on your cart to our trash pick up area (which you drove right past anyway)then you deserve whatever karmic fate comes your way. And I hope you get it ten-fold. You suck.

Cameras are the answer to most problems

Imagine a video record of wildcat's least favorite person dumping his (of course it is a he) battery on the cart path. And then the police ID him, knock on his door, summon him to court and a $200 fine.

It is not far away folks. We have cameras on the path behind our neighborhood and the city is busy installing them on some of the streets. Our cameras have caught 1 person already doing something that got him in big trouble. We have also seen littering, 1 cart accident and memorably a lady(?) in a black jogging outfit with a white visor who couldn't wait to get to a bathroom.

High pressure air rifles will take care of most cameras if they get too thick! Shot out by masked men (who was that masked man?)

A better way is to implant a satellite locator in everyone and there would be a record of everywhere they were all the time to the second!

A crime at marker # 99--have the computer tell us who was there at that time!
