I tried to send you an email but it's turned off.

Wanted to ask you about how to get someone (NAACP or ACLU) to look into a situation at one of our local schools that sounds alot like discrimination (a student was accused of cheating on a test because he received a higher than usual score... and he's black...he had to retake the test...no evidence of cheating).

I sent the information to your email address. The NAACP of Fayette County has a complaint form. You will be able to fill it out with the particulars of the situation you noted. I am not familiar with the NAACP in Fayette County. . let me know about their response.

You can call the office of civil rights if you have accurate information. They are the institution charged with overseeing such complaints.

The mission of the Office for Civil Rights is to ensure equal access to education and to promote educational excellence throughout the nation through vigorous enforcement of civil rights.

You will need to show that this is a practice that is not the same for whites, blacks, Hispanics, etc.

If the school can show even one instance where a non-minority had the same requirement in a similar interest it is determined to be non-discriminatory.

Probably did cheat

He probably did cheat. Get over it, If he didnt he would score great on the 2nd round anyway. You know the black color issue got a lot worse after the election. Get over it you will never stop racism. Who cares, I voted for Obama and Im glad I did. So lets quit bitching and fix all thats wrong
