FEEL SKUNKED by ALLSTATE?

I've ..always...always.. had a low deductable..I've had $250. $500.00 and $1,000....but never $5000.!

I phoned n got a rate quoted on home n car...it seemed ok and I took it. In with the others, in fact, I was tired of checking around, they all were about the same.

After the hail storm I pulled out my policy to see if hail was covered n found much to my horror a $5000.00 dollar deductible!

I called n said there must be some mistake. This premium was in line with a $1,000. or 500.00 deductable...not $5000.! In fact I didn't even know you could GET a 5,000.00 deductible.!

They told me No! I then asked what their rate was with a 500.00 and 1,000. deductable and was blown away!

I then canceld n got at policy with Liberty Mutual...Man what a difference!

With me telling with that I just made a claim...they gave me a policy so much better than ALLSTATE, it was a joke.

I have tried to argue with ALLSTATE but they won't budge.

I should have read the policy from stem to stern, I see the error of my ways. But when I saw the rate about the same as everyone else. I took it.

Wondering how I could have ..not...noticed I pulled old policys.. The decutable was always on the FRONT PAGE...Allstates, is on the BACK of the page.

They won't budge, I think they look for fools n found one!
