Construction in front of Peeples Elementary

Who in their right mind would approve workers to be out in front of the entrance to a three school complex (Peeples, Rising STarr, and SMHS) at 7:15 in the morning holding their little STOP signs and making the biggest mess in school traffic history? The person should be fired for complete lack of brains. They had all summer.

I believe the folks you're after would be the Department of Transportation working on the project they were supposed to complete by 8/31/09. Their number is on the Web, or run by their project office off Hwy 16 or the one by Dividend Drive (I think)

What? A government agency that doesn't give a crap about the taxpayer .... who will inconvenience those who pay their salaries without hesitation and without fear of consequences? Surely you jest!

Just wait till the government gets it's inefficient grubby claws in to your health care.... you will think the DOT is a model of efficiency by comparison.
