You just now finding this out? Our national debt is soon to top $20,000,000,000,000. Whew look at all those zeros!!! Yeah, twenty TRILLION with a BIG A$$ CAPITAL T!!!

We are endentured to the Federal Reserve now for sure. Our income taxes will never pay off the interest, much less the principal.

Slavery is alive and well in the 21st century.

of this number came under the Obama administration..

Even the Obama Administration says:

1. The business cycle — accounts for 37% (Huh?)
2. Legislation signed by Mr. Bush - accounts for 33% (Bad, bad Bushie)
3. "Obama’s main contribution to the deficit is his extension of several Bush policies, like the Iraq war and tax cuts for households making less than $250,000. (Uh, he is responsible for these though in case you are unaware)Such policies — together with the Wall Street bailout, which was signed by Mr. Bush and supported by Mr. Obama — account for 20%"
4. "About 7% comes from the stimulus bill(Uh, 800,000,000?) that Mr. Obama signed in February. And only 3% comes from Mr. Obama’s agenda on health care, education, energy and other areas. "

Even by 'the chosen one's' accounting he is responsible for about 30% of the debt in a mere 165 days.

Just think, he is still looking at nationalized healthcare among other spending projects and no one has yet read a bill they have voted on.

Regardless this is Obama's version of reality but even this makes you either very wrong or a liar.

Can we move on to the Obama administration now?

Thanks for your input.

What name were you called? You are very welcome for the input.

We just passed an 800 billion spending bill (Stimulus - ha!) and we have a one trillion dollar deficit now for the first time in history.

This is not rocket science folks if you think Obama is only responsible for 7% of the 1,000 billion debt after spending 800 billion .... well then I guess you have different accounting procedures than the rest of us.

So, that 8% max unemployment that Obama said the 'stimulus' (unread and signed) would guarantee was all a lie- right?

Are you stimulated yet? Did you get your GM shares in the mail yet?

How many soldiers died in Afghanistan this month?

Highest national debt in the country's history and still sliding .... and all you can do is make excuses?

Seems you weren't so forgiving of 'W'..... are you a hypocrite or just misinformed. You decide.

My goodness gracious, how on earth did President Obama cause such a horrendous budget deficit in 160 days?

That must be a world record!!!

The Federal Reserve loaned that much or more to banks and insurance, but that is not a budget deficit!

What have we already bought with all that trillion?

Maybe Bush authorized it and spent it in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Boeing and Lockheed, and, and, and......

What part of "For the first time" are you struggling with?

Oh, I thought you said Obama spent it all.

And the wacky leftists will continue to blame Bush over and over again, our children's grandchildren and their children will never be able to pay this off. I hate to see what kind of mess we will be in a couple of years from now with the rookie president spending freely money we don't have.

But wait, there is hope; do I see a “Deficit Czar” in the future?
