Considering that marta rail hasn't even come anywhere close to fayette, who would be crazy enough to suggest that? Rail is astronomically expensive per mile, it wouldn't happen. Bus service would be equally unlikely as GRTA bus service would be more applicable to our comparatively ultra low density county.

Yeah, and C-tran or something similar in fayette?? This has got to come from the folks that owe me $100 for betting me 10 years ago Fayette county would be just like clayton.

Will eventually force this matter upon Fayette County, by holding back approvals of large scale projects that have to have their approval before proceeding, since Fayette County is a part of the A.R.C Its is in the transportation planning digest for 2015, and eventually im sure the county will hide the funds necessary to fund a F-Tran style bus that is financed by the county to appease the A.R.C in a future SPLOST vote. We already have two pro transit chairs on the A.R.C from this county, and as we have seen before the commissions of this county will stop at nothing to slake their thirst for developement grants, and dollar. And will sell their souls to the devil, all in the name of developement.. Nothing will make your property values go up more than a bus stop outside your gated community. We the taxpayers are the ones who will end up providing finance to this endeavor just like Clayton got left holding the bag on C-Tran. Anyhow Crime Dog prepare for the crime wave, when you fill out the police report though, the descripiton of the get away vehicle should be easier to describe (Big white bus). I hope you end up with a Bus stop in front of your house, or at the front of your community, so you can go out and pick up the trash left in your yard daily, and enjoy the foot path worn into your lawn by the folks cutting through your yard to get to it. Not to mention the bus stop loiteriers, these are people who hang out by the bus stop with no intention of riding it, just so they can get their hustle on or hangout and be boisterous with there homies.
