One way or another, and it needs to, the government can either allow the economy to fail, and let the programs in place help the winners and losers, and emerge anew minus the credit corporations that allowed this to happen in the first place. after all folks in the last 35 years inflation has risen 300%. this would not have been possible without the availibility of easy credit. The government voted to allow this fleecing of the general public in the 70s, as a way to put off this crisis, hence since 1971 inflation has out paced personal income 3 to 1 each year since. Had it not been for this companies could not have pumped up the price of their merchandise, lets face it folks, as i look through an issue of Popular Science from 1981. A Ford Courier got 32mpg, and could be bought for $5495. Now look at the mess we have gotten ourselves into.... The government can either let the economy reset itself, and deal with the fallout. Or it can be replaced.. Its not a matter of if folks, we are past that point, its a matter of when and how.....PEACE
