Vice President Joe Biden has declared there is NO money in the stimulus package for building swimming pools. FCBOE's Terri Smith will be inconsolable.

you always keep me laughing! I do hope people understand that if this money is used wisely it could help a lot, if thrown around like in the past, it will be the end of us.
