Let's Talk About Candidate Vanessa Fleisch

Is anyone nervous about a real estate agent running for the city council? As much as I want to see Cindy Plunkett gone, is Fleisch the right one?

We all know what happened when Jim Pace was elected to the city council.

I agree with bloggers who said Fleisch didn't give any details on many of the issues. Although, I did like her smack down of Logsdon's recent Highway 54 crap.

Are there any other candidates willing to run? How about opposition to Steve Boone?

Is Brown running again?

Here's what Mrs. Fleisch needs to answer if I'll vote for her

What does Mrs. Fleisch think about how the current mayor and council handled the westside annexation?

Is she for increasing the density of land for residential developments?

Is she in favor of rezoning land to residential zoning?

Don Haddix took a strong stand on those issues, but Mrs. Fleisch looks pretty vague. We don't need to make the same mistake twice.

One thing I can say for Don Haddix is he'll answer your questions without the bull hockey. If Mrs. Fleisch keeps silent, I'm not voting for a real estate agent.
