Obama Presidency Illegal?

The National left wing news media has kept quiet the lawsuit of Donofrio v. New Jersey on whether or not Obama is a legal US citizen. It’s against the law for illegal aliens to run for Pres. The US Supreme Court will consider the case Dec. 7. Plaintiff contends Obama was not born in the US. Obama says he was born in Hawaii, but Hawaii won’t release his birth certificate. The most famous case is Berg v. The Democratic National Committee. A Federal Judge ruled Berg had no standing to sue on the same issue, that the Electoral College or Congress must sue. Nine other similar suits have been filed. A ruling of no standing does not consider the evidence. See www.drudgereport.com for news you never would have heard.

You can't rely on the MSM left-wing media for wacko stuff like this but we (wackos) have discussed it here repeatedly and in great depth.

There's no case. The birth certificate has been ruled valid by the US State Dept, and the states of Hawaii and Illinois as well as the FEC. The ruling will be "no standing" or more likely they will just pass on reviewing it as a waste of time.

Looks like the election stands.
