Before You Vote On The E-SPLOST: Read This

It's just amazing how the FCBOE's E-SPLOST guru can't answer a simply question.

I asked Neil Sullivan to explain the over capacity issue since he keeps bragging about what a wonderful job the FCBOE does.

Look at the discussion below. The E-SPLOST guru can't give us an answer since October 23. It's not a trick question.

You want to bet we get that answer the day after election day???

Neil: I promise to discuss the school capacity issue in the coming days but time is short right now.

Spear: I thought you said you'd discuss the school capacity issue this week in the newspaper. Well, you lied.

Neil: Same issue as before. I am working on that but all wheels stopped on Monday, but soon.

Spear: The election is Tuesday, you've got a big ole web site and you still don't know the answers?
Give us a break!
It's cut and run time for the E-SPLOST people!!
On October 23, you promised to address the over capacity deal. Instead of being honest about the disaster, you cut and run.

Hey all:

Go up a few blogs for the perspective on Capacity. I am not in love with the final product, but it has been reveiwed by the state BOE and one other district to make sure I am thinking through the issue of today and tomorrow.

End of the day, I believe it really is a matter of which strategy should we follow proactive or reactive. Do we continue to execute a strategy that has proven results versus a new direction.

I don't belive the FCBOE has a perfect strategy, but it is at least reasonable.

Spear: I said I would discuss in the blogs and I did. I try to limit my letters in print to 600-700 words and this topic is almost bottomless. Unfortunately work and family priorities are taking a lot of time and they are before splosting.

But don't worry we aren't cut and run. We just have a lot of e-mail to answer over at www.yesfayetteESPLOST.org. Oh by the way, I wish I could claim credit for that, but that is a team aof people I am most greatful for.

Take Care,

Neil
