Why on earth would our country send money to another country when we have a deficit??. Even if we were not in debt why should we send money to another country??

It sounds like Africa has a problem and THEY need to fix it!

How many countries have sent money or aid during our recent disasters?

We don't have the resources to bail out the whole world, and we need to stop trying.
