I was sitting in the Dan Lakly seat in McDonalds this morning (seriously, they have a plaque there!) and of course Faux News was on. They showed a clip of the Doobie Brothers in concert, which I thought was weird, but even weirder was someone had inserted Tony Snow into the clip playing rhythm guitar. Turns out I was wrong, Snow actually DID play with them onstage at a few concerts with them and actually led a warmup band when the Doobies played up and down the East coast.

Didn't care much for Snow's politics, but I gotta admit he lived every middle-aged man's dream.

They also showed a very sad pic of him from a week or so ago...I didn't recognize him.

I am a big music person. I did not know the information you gave on him. I did google, he was quiet a music lover also. You learn something new everyday. I like the Doobie Brothers. They are one of my favorites. I wish I had seen the clip of him with the Doobies.

It's sad that anyone has to go through a disease and fade away slowly. I did admire him. Thanks for the information.

There was a little bug on my screen last night, and I paid it no attention -- until it fell off and landed on my keyboard. LOL
