Fayetteville Curfew

There is an article on ajc regarding the new curfew in town. Nothing is here yet though.

I'll admit that I haven't mastered the links ... Could someone do the honors ...

I personally don't have a problem with this since we are being "proactive" dealing right now with what could be a problem later. I have a 16 year old and he does not spend his time out late at night during the week, regardless of school break or not; parenting has to factor into this equation as well.

A quote from the article:
"The new ordinance, which went into effect immediately, makes it illegal for youths under age 18 to be on public property within the city without a parent or guardian from 11 p.m. through 6 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday and midnight through 6 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights."

The hours seem to be reasonable.
