Git Real and Rudjard HayesGit, really now. You're supporting a carpetbagger who moved into Fayette for the sole purpose of running for DA? He just moved here last year. As for Ballard being "soft" by taking pleas, remember: Fayettenam judges have the power to say NO to pleas they're not OK with, and they've used that discretion on occasion. That plea-killing power hasn't been used very often, which tells me that there have been pretty good or at least plausible reasons for Ballard to cut a deal instead of prosecuting on these "questionable" pleas your boy Hayes is touting. What's gonna look really bad is if somebody finds out that Hayes *knew* the extenuating circumstances yet still twisted the situation to his advantage for political gain.
