The Ego of the new Clayton School Superintendent

Those kids went through their schooling under Gloria Duncan, so who cares if Thompson's name was on the piece of paper? What an idiot!!

That's only costing them around a quarter mil plus perqs. Think they bought a pig in a poke? Does seem to be par for the course. That's all, I've run out of colloquialisms.

You have to understand that this sort of thing is more important than the kid's education to people like those who run Clayton County and others.
It would have been a simple manner for this temporary guy to simply hand sign the diplomas somewhere near the other signature. Would have taken maybe a day or two for him. But no, spend $50,000. And who in the world is making that much money for a few thousand pieces of paper? They are all alike except the name---which could be added one at a time on a computer list.
This is called incompetency as far as doing what the job calls.

I was wondering why they did not make some stamps & stamp his name on the diplomas, if he needed him name on there so badly. How long will this guy last? I think - not too long, especially when he starts spending lots of $ they don't have - since he does not need "Board Approval" to spend. What an egomaniac. He was in office - what 4 weeks? The other names on there would have made no difference. It is comical to watch from a distance - except that so many of those kids will be in Fayette county before long!

This is just another example of how deep the incompetency has spread within the heirarchy of the Clayton school system. It is just one more assurance that the only solution is for the entire management team to step down and make room for someone that can actually do something for the kids. It appears the only thing the current management team is truly accomplished at is wastefully spending money.
