Saw several police cars, what's going on?

I just passed 6 FCSO marked units on South Jeff Davis, and 1 was sitting at South Jeff Davis and Callaway Rd.
Does anyone know what's going on? Just wanted to know if they may be looking for someone just in case I see someone "running". Be safe everone!

As I left my house to return to the office from lunch at approximately 1:45 P.M., I came upon a FCSO car and officer who was speaking with two black guys. One was approximately late 20's/30's, about 5'5" and the other was taller and thinner about 5'10". They had a blue duffel bag between them As I rounded the corner of Shelby and Callaway the taller guy began running across Callaway and through the yard of the house with the goats in front. The officer proceeded to chase the guy through the yard and woods. As I was travelling up S. Jeff Davis several marked and unmarked vehicles were on their way down S. Jeff (south). All I know for now. Keep me posted if anyone learns what was up.

It might have been one of the chaps that was at my door this afternoon trying to sell me a liquid cleaner. He had a duffel bag with him. The strange thing is that he knew my name. No not Cyclist, the other name.

Hey, yep he came to my house too, this afternoon around 5pm, I did not open the door, but he kept calling me by my last name as well. Thought that was strange. Guess we have a neighborhood stalker. Needless to say, he tried talking to me through the door the whole time. I didn't buy the liquid in his bottle (it was probally water anyway). I saw the FCSO pull into the subdv as I was leaving talking to him. Not sure what happened with him though. I'm glad to know some of us continue to look out for each other.
