Commando raid in town today?

I was at the gym today when something rather odd happened. I saw two police cars drive by, followed by a rather shabby-looking van, another car, and then another police car. Following that car was a large pickup truck, and sitting in the bed was a man with a balaclava and bulletproof vest, holding a decent-sized rifle. After I left, I noticed a large force assembled behind the shopping center where Baci is located. It seemed that they were either gearing up for or finishing some kind of operation. Anyone know anything about this?
