Totally expected

Our military in Iraq sent off a battalion of Iraqi soldiers to "whack-a-mole" an area out of Baghdad not long ago! I think on their own except for communications.
I haven't heard from them since.
Now just what might that battalion be thinking as they marched (or rode some of our vehicles)off into the sandy sunset towards trouble?
Maybe: what in the next world am I doing, anyway? Those guys out there may be from Alabama instead of my hometown Georgia, but I sure hate to shoot at them!
What might they do to us when the Americans leave in 10-15 years?
I know we can't bluff and keep punting much longer, but I'll be darned if I'm going to take a chance on my 71 rewards this way.
The dollar isn't worth as much as it was anyway!

Kindly go back to say the last 30-40 of my blogs, take out a piece of paper and pen, then write down---as you read--solutions mentioned!
Then shut up this non-sense!

I find it interesting that with the exception of one cut-and-paste post, the phrase "whack-a-mole" has been used 3 times. Take a guess who it was that used it. Smiling
