Can somebody tell me what's being built on the northwest corner of TDK and 74?

It will be gas station/truck station and corporate office. It is a shame how the trees were all removed from the site. The ones on TDK could have been spared, but I do not know what happened.

They agreed to plant "large" trees

back in their place. Apparently they couldn't get the plan to "work" without removing them. Oh well, I will say that PTC was possibly underserved in gas stations. With this one and the newest Kroger stations, I think we're fine.
