Dkinser Is On Shaky Ground: Get A Second Opinion

Spear Road Guy's picture

Dkinser is going to O’Toole (Post 1) and Thompson (Post 2). First of all O’Toole has lived in Peachtree City for only a year if that. What does he really know?

The best Dkinser can come with on O‘Toole is, “I have to believe that much of what he stands for sounds to be in the best interest of ALL Peachtree City residents, and not the select few. So Mr. O'Toole, you'll have my vote tomorrow at the election.” The problem is O’Toole didn’t say anything of any value in his essays other than the mantra of “great city and I’ll keep it that way.” My gosh, they ALL said that.

What really blew me away was his support of Dar Thompson. This guy wants to build TDK and big box retail establishments. Crazy, absolutely crazy.

Haddix and King - FIRM OPINIONS ON REAL ISSUES! O’Toole is one big gray zone and Thompson is pushing the things we don’t want.

Go with HADDIX AND KING.

No, the ground I'm standing on is pretty solid.

As you pointed out, and I thank you for doing so; nearly all of the candidates this election have failed to show any reasons to be elected, many have in fact shown why not to elect.

However, what other candidates have put forth ideas on how to do things? Haddix and his close the gate now and forever pay higher taxes?

Mr. Thompson did not say he was for a big box. Read back through the archives and see what he did say. A classic case of taken out of context.

To answer Ms. Kinser point on Thompson. At the Seniors forum Thompson did support big box stores. He asked what is the difference between one 100,000 sq foot store and four 25,000 individual stores and I agree with him.

Why are you leaving Michael Harman out? He is the only candidate with really government experience. For crying out loud, what does he need to do to prove himself?

No, you just get more incompetents who want a few bucks.
Don't pay at all and you will get some dudes who want to do a good job--some of the old retired well-to-do dudes who don't need the money and don't want to screw up! And they won't with no crows to pick!

I agree with you Nitpickers. I think you'll get a lot more people who want a nice bump in their income instead of people who are devoted to serving the community.
