Well said! It amazes me how this group so often overlooks the obvious. It is very clear Dial has friends and alot of them. These friends are out campaigning daily, not making up sh#@ on some blog like the other side. Their fear of losing intices them to tear down the opponent instead of lifting up their candidate. How many times have they really said something positive about their big man Shenkle? The positive comments are few and far between. It's always why we shouldn't vote for one guy, never why we should vote for their guy. Go back and look. Their tones, tactics and attitudes are a clear indication of have desperate they truly are. It's amusing and almost entertaining to read some of their stuff. They speak as if their mommas weaned them on pickles and they will get revenge on her regardless of the cost.

What kind of person attacks 3 elementary school boys, as happened yesterday? This is the low of the low. If Gordon has a pair (heck..even if he only has one) he would get up out of his lazy-boy chair and put a stop to the trashing of little kids and family. Come on...Gordon let's see what you're made of. Do you have it in you to do what's right or are they a true representation of you? This is what the voters want to know.

It was one time Ms Furr and Ms Caldwell, with the help of Gordon Shenkle, outsmarted the majority vote and saved the day for Tyrone. Gordon called and got a ruling on it ahead of time. Smola, Letourneau, and Lee for for 8 houses for 1 acre downtown Tyrone. Gloria and Grace were outnumbered. Gordon showed the law to everyone: Lee HAD to excuse herself and couldn't vote, what's more, Letourneau would have to act as Mayor and could only vote in case of a tie. That left Gloria and Grace voting against, and Smola for it! No tie! The good guys won and no sardean cans for downtown! Gordon Shenkle is very smart and very involved with what goes on with Tyrone. He is ..NOT... a Johnnie come lately with unexplainable pockets full of money.

He did save that day. What he did was he researched the law and the issue and pointed out that mayor lee had to recuse herself from the vote........that is what won the day!! He has been at town council meetings for years, voicing concerns that we are all talking about - like property rights.

The Tyrone government has become incestuously infested by Smola, Amos, Lee, and Latourneau. Latourneau has seen the writing on the wall - not seeking re-election because he knows the town has done the wrong thing on so many issues. Or maybe he just does not want to be held liable in court for the unconstitutional acts and wrongdoings of town management and of the town council.

The biggest mistake Amos has made is pulling Smola off the town council and getting him to run for mayor; granted Smola knew he was up for re-election and would not win another term on the council. But, please, if Amos and Smola think anyone is going to vote for Smola for Mayor, they are delusional in their power.

How did Gordon do that when he did not vote? A majic phone call to put something on the agenda. It was one time? Sounds like oldb$%chbear is one one of the ladies.

you don't seem to know anything of the working of the town and can't seem to get a question together. Your buddy Smola was gonna zone downtown 1/8 acrea lots, get it? We don't even have sewer down there, you can't put a house on less than an acre and expect to septic tank to work too well, are you with me so far? Gordon saved the day because he found a lope hole and pressed the issue , Eric Dial was no where to be found. Just as he is no where to be found in any of the town meeting minutes, because he has never been concerned till someone filled his pockets with cash and patted him on his little butt and told him to run on into the town and see what he could do for them.

did you know Tyrone has 3 other schools that it's children go to? The are all clusted together and twice the land between them was almost developed except for some quick moving locals. I never saw Eric once!

1. 1st time they wanted to put an office park between them and have every pervert an excuse to be there in the middle of the day, plus the traffic would have been horrible. NO SIGNS WERE POSTED ON THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION. A total violation of the rules. The letter from the Department of Education stating if that property between them was developed, Flatt Rock would likely loose it's track and possible even it school buss turn to erosion, was lost! Yeah lost even though it was hand delivered to the town hall. Mr Williams from the school was notified by some one who got wind of it. He hand delevered another and made certain each coucil person got a copy. Where was Eric?

2. The 2nd attemp within a year to develope the property, again no signs were posted, and worse, the school WASN'T NOTIFIED THIS TIME! Again, someone not working for the town or on the council called Mr Williams. This time Mr Williams showed up at the Council meeting to voice the schools concerns. If this shamm had gone throught it would have cost the taxpayers of the county millions and really hurt the 3 schools Tyrone's child go to. No where to be seen was Eric Dial. No where! Do you know how I am so certain? I am the citizen that made the phone calls and screwed the plans of developing that land! Heck, I'm not running for any office and I've done more for the schools than Dial will ...EVER.. do!
